elli recently joined the bigmoose team and has already shown herself to be a brilliant addition to the family. a keen runner and volunteer medic, elli brings with her a calm, caring presence and a strong sense of teamwork that fits perfectly with our mission.
she’s part of our hope team, handling referrals with empathy and professionalism, making sure that everyone reaching out for support feels listened to and cared for. on top of this, elli is also jumping in to support with events and admin, showing her adaptability and “all in” attitude.
family means a lot to elli, and that shines through in the way she works, always thoughtful, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for the people around her. she’s taken everything on board so quickly and adapted to our way of working with ease, which has made her feel like she’s been here all along.
