referrals lead and data analyst

gemma joined the bigmoose team in 2024 and has already become an integral part of our journey. a psychology graduate from the university of bath, gemma brought with her not only academic knowledge but also a natural curiosity and passion for understanding people, which fits perfectly with what we do here.

from the moment gemma joined, her “can-do” attitude stood out. whether it’s tackling new projects, streamlining our tech processes, or introducing us to creative ways to make the most of ai, she’s been an absolute game-changer.

as she approaches her one-year bigmoose anniversary, gemma has stepped up into a brand-new role as referrals lead and data analyst. this means she not only manages the vital process of supporting people who reach out for therapy, but she also dives deep into the data we collect, helping us measure impact and show the difference your support makes in real lives.

not only is she brilliant with technology and mental health support, but she’s also a fantastic baker (i am convinced she is going to win bake off one day!).
