our training programmes

we offer mental health first aid and suicide first aid training to businesses and individuals. we believe that if we were all equipped with the skills to support those struggling, the world would be a better place. our training is offered to individuals and small groups, as well as businesses and larger groups.

why train with bigmoose?

our therapists do incredible work when it comes to intervention for those struggling with their mental health. however, we’re big believers that you don’t need to be a therapist to support somebody who is struggling – and if more of us had the skills needed to spot the signs in others, listen non-judgementally and take action, our communities would be a much safer place.

  • our trainer elin has been trained to the highest standard, with accreditation from mental health first aid wales and the royal society for public health
